Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Negotiations:
Meetings in support of the development of the first Memorandum of Understanding between PSAANS / AAEPNE and the EECD were held on Monday, January 27, 2020 and Thursday, January 30, 2020.
During the employment talks, the following items were discussed:
- Section 1: Employee Appointments
- Section 2: Probationary Period
- Section 7: Discipline and Resignation
- Leave for the Chair of the Association
Additional sessions are scheduled for:
- Wednesday, February 5, 2020

Négociations de protocole d'entente:
Les sessions ont eu lieu le lundi 16 décembre 2019 et le mercredi 15 janvier 2020. Au cours des discussions sur l'emploi, les points suivants ont été discutés.
- Congé pour le président de l'association
- Section 1: Nominations d'employés
- Section 2: Période probatoire
- Section 7: Résiliation et démission
