The following represents major terms of conditions of employment in existence for public school administrators at the time of and/or immediately required in accordance with the Education Reform Act. The Minister or the Association may require the other party to commence negotiations for a memorandum of understanding provided such is in accordance with the Act to Reform the Administration of the Public Education System, generally, and ss.9-12 of the Act Respecting the Employment Relations of Public School Administrators.
